Mark L. Wilson, CPA (Retired)

Mark grew up in Rochester, attending local schools. He began his college education at Rochester Community College before transferring to Winona State University where he graduated summa cum laude in 1976 with a BA degree in accounting. He joined the firm Yaeger & Schumann right out of college, becoming a partner in 1982. The firm's name later changed to Schumann Granahan Hesse & Wilson Ltd and is now Wilson Tibor & Maves Ltd. Mark passed the CPA exam and became a licensed CPA in 1988. He has many years of experience working with all types of business entities for their accounting and financial statement needs as well as tax return preparation for them and individuals.

Mark is a past member of the Early Risers Exchange Club and has been active in the National Society of Accountants and Minnesota Society of Public Accountants as a board member, district director, and chair of various committees. Mark is married with two adult children. He enjoys boating in the summer and cross country skiing in the winter. He and his wife are avid travelers, having traveled extensively in the US and abroad. His favorite winter get away is on an island in the Caribbean sailing, snorkeling or just relaxing on the beach with a good book.

Timothy R. Tibor, CPA

Tim grew up in Wabasha, MN and graduated from Wabasha-Kellogg High School in 1975. He graduated from St. Thomas University-St. Paul in 1979. May 1979, Tim started working at Schuman Granahan Hesse & Wilson.

Tim is involved with the Rochester Jaycees, Shjon Podein Children’s Foundation – Team 25, Booker Mini Foundation, and use to be heavily involved with American Cancer Society and American Cancer Society Hope Lodge. Tim enjoys spending time with his wife Mary, our 3 children Rhiannon, Megan & Richard and their spouses. We especially enjoy our 5 grandchildern. Our favorite getaway is our cabin up in the Hayward Wisconsin area. Mary and I enjoy traveling and photographing the natural beauty that nature has to offer.

Alan C. Maves, CPA

Alan has been in Public Accounting since 1983. He is also an involved member of his Church Financial Council, a current member and past President of Minnesota Association Public Accountants, member of National Society of Public Accountants, Rochester Area Builders and is Treasurer of various non-profits.

Al grew up in Hayfield, MN and graduated from Winona State University. He joined the U.S. Army and completed three years working in payroll while stationed in Germany and Louisiana. He lives in Rochester with his wife, Cindy. Al and Cindy have 3 boys, Pierre, Adam and Charlie and two wonderful and fun grandchildren. His interests outside of work include, hunting, watching the Vikings and his grandkids!

Eric F. Goddard, CPA

After graduating from Concordia University - St. Paul in 2004, Eric started with a firm in Edina, MN doing audits of Labor Unions and Employee Benefit Plans. After stops at CPA firms in Faribault, MN and Spring Valley, MN he joined Wilson Tibor and Maves, LTD in January 2014. His focus is in small business consulting, QuickBooks assistance, audits and tax planning/preparation.

Eric grew up in Circle Pines, a suburb north of the Twin Cities. He played football for Concordia, helping the team win a conference championship in 2003. He lives in Rochester with his wife, Teresa, and two sons, Ricky and Marshall. His interests outside of work include hunting, fitness, watching the Vikings or whoever is on his fantasy football teams, and a new woodworking hobby.

Nicholas A. Kellner

Nick was born and raised in Rochester, MN. After graduating from Mayo High School, he attended Winona State University and graduated with honors while majoring in Accounting and minoring in Business Administration and Management Information Systems. He has a very strong work ethic, is highly knowledgeable in the accounting field, and very detail oriented. He has worked at Wilson Tibor & Maves LTD since January 1, 2010 and continues to grow his client base by building strong customer service based relationships. Nick is always eager to learn new tax laws and updates to provide the best service to his clients.

Nick enjoys spending time with his family, friends, and his niece and four nephews. His favorite activities include watching and playing sports, running, boxing, hiking and exploring Colorado, and fantasy football.
